Therefore, when the 1st time we met in person, she was able to help put my mind at ease and see that I was in great hands. She had given me a binder with the necessary information and a guide of what was needed to help the sale of the house go off without a hitch. She made sure afterwards to always keep me in the loop on showings, offers, and everything in-between!
